Riverside City Apartment

Negative: Be cautious with the external management of this apartment. The security hold deposit that they ask you during the check in proces was repeatedly charged on my VISA every few days, before, during and after our stay, through a payment system outside Booking. After multiple complaints with no resolution from AZIBY STAYS, I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop further charges, and had to file a police report regarding potentially fraudulent charges so my bank could could claim those improper charges and restore my balance . The case remains open. An extremely stressful experience. Cuidado con la gestión externa de este apartamento. Se me cargó repetidamente en la VISA, cada pocos días, el depósito de fianza que te pide el apartamento cuando haces el proceso de check in, antes, durante y después de la estancia, mediante un sistema de pago fuera de Booking. Tras múltiples reclamaciones sin solución por parte de AZIBY STAYS, tuve que cancelar mi tarjeta para evitar nuevos cargos, y presentar una denuncia policial por posibles cobros fraudulentos para que mi banco pudiese reclamar esos cobros indebidos y restituir mi saldo . A día de hoy el caso continúa abierto. Una experiencia muy estresante.

Top locatie. Vreemd appartement Positive: Het was een goede locatie bij centraal station. Gratis parkeren met een kaart van de host was top. Negative: De bedden waren te klein en lagen niet lekker. De badkamer viel zowat uit elkaar waardoor je bang was om je bord te verliezen. Heel veel spullen in het appartement waren al bij voorbaat slecht en wankel waardoor je het idee kreeg dat het zo was neergezet om je bord te kunnen pakken. De vloer in de badkamer maakte een geluid alsof je door de vloer kon zakken.

Positive: Great stay overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The showers were excellent, and the entire place was quiet and peaceful. The location is also perfect with several Indian restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

Good location. Positive: The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The city center is just 15 minutes away by foot. Negative: The beds are a bit short. If you are 1,90 you can't stretch fully. No hair dryer. They tried to charge me a deposit even though it wasn't disclosed in the apartment description and I have to open a dispute with Booking. After a few days Booking agreed with me and no deposit was needed.
