Great location, a few small improvements would make it better

Great Location
Positive: Location perfect
Negative: Didn't like after contract was made a demand for £20 was made because we had a dog.
I may add this was after we requested a dog friendly establishment , given a price and paid.
Demanding a further £20 totally unacceptable.
We use dog friendly accommodation regularly and this is the first time such a demand has been made, even after contract agreed.
