Amazing Positive: I recommend, veryy nice house and clean with amazing garden the house was perfect 💯 I am very happy and the services was helpful Negative: The space of the room, the all availability of the house.

House met our requirements for our stay in Bellshill but facilities required attention Positive: Location was perfect. Rooms were spacious and house was a good size. Negative: No wardrobe or hanging space for clothes. Items of cutlery were missing and cutlery service was poor quality. Maintenance was required at the property, the shower leaked and separated from the wall and was broken. Rubbish had not been collected as previous tenants had mixed the rubbish in the bins, requiring us to dispose of waste throughout our stay. No pegs, no clothes horse for inside drying and given the weather this was a necessity. We emailed details of these issues and did not receive a response
