First time visit to the area - three out of four seasons Positive: Had everything we needed for our two nights it was a lovely temperate no messing around with heaters, thermostats etc Hot water on tap very quickly Joining instructions were clear Comfortable bed Negative: The stairs up with all our luggage Little hanging space, clothes remained in luggage

Very comfortable

Negative: Broken windows, no fixes, I wasted half a day of my holidays seeking a new hotel, and it still isn’t settled with this hotel to get a compensation. But hey, they said « sorry »

Top Marks, room with a view. Positive: Location, facilities , cleanliness . Negative: Bathroom could to with a freshen up, but only a minor adjustment.

Warm, well-appointed room with views of Orkney Positive: On our arrival into the room, a beautiful warmth hit us. Most impressed with the heating system. We loved the fact that 2 sides of the room was glass, so bright. Negative: Disappointed that our balcony overlooked parked cars and an old colourless courtyard. Surprised, and not in a good way at the cheap BLACK curtains that were also lacking a number of curtain hooks. Looked scrappy and tacky.
